Steps to reproduce:

Edit a bookmark or bookmark folder.
Change the storage location.

Actual results:

Only a selection below the root folder is displayed. Not even all system-created folders are displayed (“mobile bookmarks”). Based on observations to date, the “Bookmarks” folder cannot be expanded. This means that not all possible destination folders are accessible.

Expected results:

Display all system folders.
The “Bookmarks” folder should open.

Optionally, display all folders below the root directory.
