Bug 2009424 was backed out because of some android-specific failures (and passes) on tests like css/css-anchor-position/anchor-scroll-position-try-009.html (see the expectation changes there for the concrete examples).

It seems the tests do not deal very well with the fact that the fixed positioning containing block on mobile is the visual viewport.

It might be that the tests need to have a maximum-scale on the meta viewport tag, or there might be something to do on either the spec or the implementation side...

Chrome seems to fail the test on android locally as well, so I suspect it's more along the lines of the first...
