201005 - Crashes when started in limited user mode

Build Identifier: 1.4a and Netscape 7

It works fine in full user mode.  In limited user mode it crashes when I click 
to start it and I am prompted to send an anonymous error report to Microsoft
(which I did).
Sometimes it is not responding, but it never starts.

Reproducible: Always

Hi Richard, have you tried running a more recent version of Mozilla, and if so,
did it still crash on startup when running as a limited user account? Thanks for
any new information.

I'm going to close out this bug as WFM since Richard hasn't responded in 9
months. If this is indeed still happening with a fresh install of a recent
Mozilla version, please feel free to reopen.
