Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030406 Phoenix/0.5+

When images are reduced in size due to automatic reszing, they appear to be
resized using nearest neighbour resize which lead to them looking extremely
pixelated and illegible. Would be much better off using bilinear resize or similar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Load up a webpage with a large image.

Actual Results:
image looks pixelated

Expected Results:
use bilinear resize filter
