I have verified this fixed on the latest Nightly 149.0a1 (Build ID: 20260121163431) on Windows 10, macOS 14.4.1 and Ubuntu 24.0. Here are the results:
The results menu of the weather suggestions has the following options:

  • Report inaccurate location
  • Show less frequently
  • Don't show weather suggestions
  • Manage Firefox Suggest
  • Learn more

The options are implemented as described in Figma and work as expected.
