Reddit does not reload.gif
Note
- Reddit shows behavior that changes the URL, but does not refresh the content area. This causes notes to be retained incorrectly when opening posts or closing them and also causes notes to not show up when they should. Manually refreshing the page fixes the issue.

Steps to reproduce
- Load Reddit Main Page
- Save a note to this tab
- Clik on a post
Expected result
- The post loads up and the note disappears.

- The post loads up and the note remains displayed incorrectly.
- Refreshing the page fixes the issue.
