Add experimentation capabilities and measurement:

  • Feature pref browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.feeds.privacyMetrics
  • Nimbus feature configuration with variables (enabled, refreshInterval, showDataSaved, etc.)
  • Glean telemetry events:
    • privacy_metrics.card_impression
    • privacy_metrics.view_report_clicked
    • privacy_metrics.etp_reenable_clicked
  • Rollout/experiment controls
  • Telemetry tests
