Add support for temporary chat conversations.

From PRD:

  • Conversations are on a blank slate.
  • Temporary Chat will not be stored or appear in chat history
  • Temporary Chat content won’t be used to generate memories
  • When Temporary Chat session ends, clear out all related traces
  • Temporary Chat is isolated and will not be used in other features
  • Temporary Chat can use memories for personalization
  • Show distinct UI to differentiate temporary vs regular chat
