Integrate Sync capabilities for conversations, including deleting chat histories from synced data and during sign out.

From PRD:
Sync – Chat History Deletion

  • The "delete data" here, as it exists today, only deletes synced data
  • Sign out:
    • Conditional copy in the checkbox “(passwords, history, chats, bookmarks, etc.)
    • If checked, delete all chat histories upon signing out
