Unwanted shortcuts when clicking in the url bar

Steps to reproduce:
Click in the url bar
Actual results:
Wikipedia, Reddit, YouTube, and Add-ons for Firefox show up despite I don want them, or use them.
Expected results:
Only what I selected in the Address Bar Settings should show up (which does not include these).
If I uncheck the Shortcuts option, these four go away, but then the most frequently visited websites list is missing too.
Also, the selections under the Address Bar settings is not respected. For example the most visited websites no longer come up.
I tried everything, even a new profile and it did not fix it.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Address Bar' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

You can uncheck everything from Address Bar from about:preferences#search and in this way nothing will be displayed when selecting an url.
