Steps to reproduce:
I have logged in with mozilla account all good everything synced on a profile then i accidently deleted that profile so I had to log in again on a new profile, i did that and now It just won't sync no matter what i do
Actual results:
Mozilla account doesnt sync anything ,i lost everything
Expected results:
Should show my bookmarks, paswords etc, i've tried on mobile and i got the same result, no sync , my account seems to be in a lock state

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Sync' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
