Steps to reproduce
- Create a Split View and add it to a group.
- Move a random tab over the group label name in front of the Split View.
Expected result
- The tab area is correctly displayed.
Actual result
- The tabs area is broken.

- Not a regression. Happening starting with bug 1986948.
