Steps to reproduce:
i switched from Flatpak version and installed firefox on Ubuntu 25.10 yesterday using official Mozilla repository, everything is working fine except of some issues in language packages.
when i use any language other than the built-in English language in browser, some text won't be translated in the UI and will remain on English, and the biggest issue is with screenshot tool not functioning correctly when not using the built in en language.
I have tried with multiple languages and the same issue happened with all of them.
i keep seeing such warnings in the browser console:
Missing resource in locale ar: branding/brand.ftl
Missing resource in locale ar: browser/screenshots.ftl
i have tried installing the language package using apt, tried making a new profile, still the same issue.
Actual results:
screenshot tool not working anymore, and not all text is displayed correctly in the chosen language
Expected results:
screenshot tool working, and text being displayed correctly with the chosen language
