201144 - control+enter does not work when in the body section of mail client

The quick send feature (control+enter) does not work if you are in the body 
section of composing an email.  A carriage return is given.

The quick send feature works fine if you are in the To: or the Subject: fields.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose mail
2. Type body of message
3. Hit Control+Enter while in the body section of the email.
4. Mail is not sent.

Actual Results:  
A carriage return occurs.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should have sent the email.

This works in 1.3 but is broken in 1.4a.
