201159 - Some frame contents in frameset do not load completely in browser v1.4a

In the page 

http://www3.festo.com/Internet/apps/spareparts.nsf/index.html?OpenFrameset&Language=en

only the right top frame is loaded with Mozilla 1.4a. Although no javascript
errors are visible and the transferring of the page finishes "correctly"
(transferring .... done), there is most of the content of the page missing. 

There are no problems with other browsers or earlier version of Mozilla (1.2, 1.3).

Furthermore, when pressing the "Shift"-Key and clicking the "Reload"-button in
Mozilla 1.4a the page is completly loaded and shows all contents ???!?!???

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the link with Mozilla 1.4a
http://www3.festo.com/Internet/apps/spareparts.nsf/index.html?OpenFrameset&Language=en

2.Open the link with another browser or an earlier version of Mozilla (1.3)
3.Compare: With other browsers the page is loaded, with Mozilla 1.4a only the
right corner frame

(Press the "Shift"-key and the "reload"-button of the 1.4a browser and see, that
the whole page is loaded.

Actual Results:  
The page is not loaded complete until you press "shift" and click the "reload"
button.

Expected Results:  
Load the whole page as other browsers and earlier versions of Mozilla do.

I checked that this bug is fixed in v1.4rc1.
