Steps to reproduce:
- Access: https://www.kaufda.de/contentViewer/static/24110a18-7d9d-4393-9c12-bfe57f16d16d?adPlacement=ad_placement__bv_brochure_page
- Scroll up/down on the page by tapping on the screen
Expected Behavior:
Scroll functionality is working accordingly
Actual Behavior:
Scroll functionality randomly becomes unresponsive
Notes:
- Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
- Does not reproduce in chrome

This is completely broken. I can very rarely get it to scroll on nightly 149.0a1 as well as release 147.0.1
The only way to reliably scroll is to do a "pinch" and then scroll.
