So it's impossible to drag a block of text to the very top of the message if it's not visible. Most apps will scroll to let you drag anywhere. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a composer window 2. Type a large block of text 3. Select a paragraph 4. Click+drag it towards the top of the message. Actual Results: Text does not scroll Expected Results: Text should've scrolled up to allow placement of text
