Janika pointed out we can't repack the logo itself, but we can repack a link to an asset (and perhaps we can repack a data:// URL?)

Ideas from discussion: a) either Firefox gets an URL, or b) the console would send a config which includes an URL to the logo (hosted on the console). Firefox fetches this async. For this fetch, we want to make sure we can use caching (so the logo isn't delayed when the user is on a slow network). Console can send last-modified for example.
