User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:147.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/147.0

Steps to reproduce:

I right-clicked on a YouTube video thumbnail, to choose the "open link in new tab" from the context menu.

I have also had this bug happen to me when right clicking on links to open websites in a new tab.

This bug happens infrequently, so I attached a video to show it.

Actual results:

The context menu opens in the top-left of the screen.

Please note in the recording my cursor is not visible, but when I am moving over the options in the context-menu (and they are highlighted in light grey) my cursor is not in the top-left region of the screen, but near the YouTube thumbnail I clicked on.

Expected results:

The context menu opens below the cursor.
