Steps to reproduce:
i search for a ppa (Personal Package Archive) for seamonkey on ubuntu.
Actual results:
i only found this: https://launchpad.net/~unixmen-com/+archive/ubuntu/seamonkey which has 2.1-4 which was last updated on 12 June 2011.
Expected results:
somewhere a ppa pointing to version 2.x or 3.x
