Steps to reproduce:
Open a webpage with a URL containing a port with an invalid SSL certificate.
Actual results:
In the advanced prompt "localhost:4443:4443 uses an invalid security certificate." shows up.
Expected results:
In the advanced prompt "localhost:4443 uses an invalid security certificate." should show up.
