Steps to reproduce

1. Open the YouTube tab and use the Add tab to Split View context menu option.
2. On the other view click on the URL bar and observe the options.

Expected result

• The YouTube tab is not displayed as a Move tab so Split View option since it is in a Split View already.

Actual result

• The YouTube tab is displayed as a Move tab to Split View option, and selecting it will separate the Split View.

Regression range

• Not a regression. Happens after implementation of the option (bug 2003892)

Additional notes

• Attached a screen recording.
• This issue also occurs when a Split View is already created. Clicking on the URL bar while a view is active will display the Move tab to Split View for the another view. Selecting that option will separate the view and close the tab.

Also, another note will be that if we have two YouTube tabs and one is inside the Split View, there will be confusion about which tab is going to be moved to that split view. Attached a screenshot.
