Steps to reproduce: 1) Open Manage Bookmarks from the Bookmarks menu 2) Mouse down on the root bk folder, try to expand or collapse this folder via the contextual menu 3) Neither menu item works

Chris, this seems to work for me on xp pro using the same build.
