Steps to reproduce

1. In Focus for Android, open https://mozilla-mobile.github.io/testapp/, and scroll to the "Date picker menu".
2. Tap on every calendar from this section, and observe.

Expected behavior

The options from the calendars are visible.

Actual behavior

The options from the calendars are barely visible.

Device information

• Firefox version: Focus for Android Nightly 149.0a1 from 1/25, RC 147.0.1
• Android devices: Samsung Galaxy S24 (Android 16)

Attachment: Bug 2012490 - Add Material Design picker themes to Focus.

This change defines and applies custom styles for MaterialTimePicker and MaterialCalendar within the application theme. It specifically overrides the primary and accent colors to use @color/accentBright and configures custom selection styles for the calendar widget.
