Context:
- In https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1934319 while working on emulation work, I discovered that I was unable to get browsertime visual metrics working on emulated devices
What we are doing here:
- We are going to resolve those issues and make it so that browsertime visual metrics can be ran and calculated on emulated devices
Why we are doing it:
- Growing importance of emulation capabilities
