2013288 - Jetstream3 benchmark fails at an almost perma fail level on emulators

Context:

• In https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1934319 while working on emulation work, I discovered that I was unable to get jetstream3 tests to run easily as for whatever reason they were failing at a very high rate on emulated devices

What we are doing here:

• We are going to first check that we can reproduce those issues still, and if those issues are still there we will provide apks and steps for the spidermonkey team, and get some advice on what to do.

Why we are doing

• Growing importance of emulation capabilities, and growing need to move tests partially off of physical devices exclusively.
