Steps to reproduce:

open a video in PiP (picture-in-picture). Now hover with mouse outside the PiP window. Then into the window and out again.

Actual results:

all control elements INSTANTLY fade-out, making volume control inside the PiP window very hard

Expected results:

There should be a 2 (or 3) second delay before all control elements fade out
