Preconditions:
Login with valid user credentials
Steps to reproduce:
- Access: https://www.icloud.com/contacts/
- Observe "iCloud Contacts" text in the upper left corner of the page
- Click on the element and observe
Expected Behavior:
- The "iCloud Contacts" section is displayed accordingly
- The user is returned to the main page
Actual Behavior:
The ‘Contacts’ label overlaps the ‘iCloud’ element, preventing any interaction
Notes:
- The described issue reproduces, when accessing https://www.icloud.com/calendar/
- Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
- Does not reproduce in chrome

Here's a reduced testcase of the "iCloud Contacts" header, generated with Testcase Reducer.
This shows the bug (overlapping content) in Firefox Nightly, vs. there's no overlap in Chrome.

Here's a more-reduced testcase, reduced from the SVG for the "iCloud" logo at the top right. That logo has zero width in Firefox, vs. nonzero width (ultimately taken from the SVG height attribute, converted through the viewBox) in other browsers.
