Chrome opens a page in Firefox.

Expected results:

Chrome shouldn't affect Firefox.

Hi Jim, thanks for reporting this. I’m trying to reproduce the issue but I need a bit more information to understand what’s happening:

  1. Could you clarify what you mean by “Chrome opens a page in Firefox”? Is a Chrome window actually controlling Firefox, or do you see a Firefox window open a page with Chrome branding/ads?
  2. Does this happen consistently on any website, or only after a certain period or action?
  3. Could you provide a screenshot or a short screen recording showing this behavior?
  4. Are there any Chrome or Firefox extensions, or third-party apps, running that might affect browser behavior?
