User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:147.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/147.0
Steps to reproduce:
When in a firefox home page, a user is given the option to change their backgrounds to predetermined categories.
The new backgrounds featuring Kitt (who's awfully cute, but only appears in light mode backgrounds) are SVG files (right click, open image in new tab).
The last option allows the user to select a custom picture.
I modified the default SVG files to include Kitt in a dark background image (and animate his eyes and tail).
I selected the svg as my desired custom background.
Actual results:
The image did not save as a background.
I tried with the unmodified SVG, same issue.
Expected results:
An SVG file should be accepted as valid input, and I can relish in my cute blinking fox on a dark background

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::SVG' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
