Environment:
Operating system: Windows 11/10
Firefox version: Firefox 140.0/147/149
Preconditions:
- VPN pointing to US
- ETP set to Standard in Private Browsing Mode
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://www.wcvb.com/article/lily-jean-gloucester-fishing-boat-victims/70219427
- Play the video at the top of the article.
Expected Behavior:
The video plays.
Actual Behavior:
Nothing happens.
Notes:
- Reproduces in ETP Strict (Normal mode) and ETP Standard (Private Browsing mode)
- Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
- Does not reproduce in chrome
