Our current alerts on redash are not able to have shared ownership, i.e. if person A creates an alert, only A is able to make changes to it like adjusting the threshold. Because of that redash is not really fit to be used as our main alerting tool.

We had some issues with grafana in the past, so the next option is to investigate BigQuery for alerting.
