201553 - Add something to Personal Toolber, restart Mozilla, it's gone.

I try to add http://www.freebsdforums.org/ to my Personal Toolbar folder. It
appears, I drag it to a better spot on the toolbar, and maybe even click on it.
But when I restart Mozilla, the icon for it is gone (and it also dissapears from
the folder, it is as though I never created it.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create bookmark in PTF
2.Move it into another position on the bar.
3.Restart Mozilla and It's gone!




I am using the retro orbit theme. I will follow the bug up after I see whether
it works with Default.
