Steps to reproduce:
Settings > Customize > Address Bar location > Top
- Scroll the page up under 6 millimetres
Actual results:
The page jump kicks itself like a rubber band. It disturbs the eyes a lot.
Expected results:
Just like when address bar is at bottom, the page shouldn't suffer any hiccup movements & stay upright.
