Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Smart Window and open a new tab.
2. Have a conversation with the AI Assistant.

Expected result

• The scroll bar should be displayed on the right side of the window instead of right in the middle of it.
  Since users cannot open the AI assistant sidebar, there is no reason for the Scroll bar to be displayed in the middle of the page.

Actual result

• The Scroll bar is displayed in the middle of the page and it breaks the home Page look.
