Upon loading the above URL, Text Zoom (Cntrl + +) causes the browser to hang.
CPU usage goes to 100% and the process needs to be killed off via taskman. There
is NO talkback produced.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Goto http://www.linuxnetworx.com/products/linuxbios.php
2.Wait fot page to fully load
3.Text Zoom one level (Cntr + +)


Actual Results:  
Observed CPU usage rocket to 100% and mozilla hang

Expected Results:  
Text zoomed one level

This looks like bug 192457, but the dates don't seem to line up (unless we're
dealing with branches).

Reporter, can you try and recreate using a nightly build?

20030312 builds have already been duped to 192457. Fix must have missed 1.3 branch.
