Preconditions
- browser.smartwindow.enabled = true
Steps to reproduce
- Open a new Smart Window.
- Go to Customize Nightly.
- Click on the "Ask" chat assistant icon from Url bar.
Expected result
- The Assistant chat is not working on the Customize page, since users are unlikely to use it there. A message indicating that chat is not supported on this page would be helpful.
Actual result
- The Assistant chat opens and pushes the customize items downward, also adding a large empty area at the top of the page.

- Not a regression.
