Add policy doc page addition for the Sync policy at https://github.com/mozilla/enterprise-admin-reference.

Also add one for the policies PrintPageTelemetry, DownloadTelemetry and BlocklistDomainBrowsedTelemetry.

I think these would make more sense as a general SecurityLogging policy and we could just add things underneath it...
