201623 - Blank sidebar when starting new browser window

If the sidebar was previously collapsed in the last closed Mozilla window, when
starting a new window and uncollapsing the sidebar, it appears void, even that I
have the Bookmarks selected.

For showing them again, I should uncheck and check the Bookmarks tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Keep only 1 browser window
2.Show only the bookmarks in the sidebar
3.Colapse the sidebar by clicking on the little triangles
4.Close the window
5.Open a new browser window
6.Show the sidebar by cliking on the little triangles


Actual Results:  
Nothing is shown, even that the Bookmarks option is selected

Expected Results:  
Show the sidebar with the Bookmarks
