Bug 2012212 made the sidebar responsive enough at a basic level, more responsiveness work needs to happen. Smartbar responsiveness is happening across at least bug 2014931 and the bugs it depends on.

We need to audit the responsiveness in the rest of the sidebar and figure out what needs doing.
