When an interesting popup is blocked, you need to accept popup from the site and
refresh. it would be great to save the blocked pop-up URL to recover it without
reloading the page. 
So clicking on the pop-up warning logo may dislay the blocked pop-up without
allowing pop-up and reloading.

Should not have been duped to that one.  Bug 176564 is Phoenix specific - this
bug was filed on the Browser component.  (Nor is the reporter using Phoenix.)

Having said that, I could swear that there was a Browser product oriented bug on
this (and I vaguely recall posting a comment to it) but I can't find it now...
