Steps to reproduce the problem:
Please note: it is important to turn HCM on first and then open Nightly. Otherwise, you may be unable to replicate the issue

1. Turn on Windows Night Sky
2. Open Nightly
3. Open any PDF
4. If the PDF sidebar is not open, use the TAB key and move focus to the 'Toggle sidebar' icon button. Press ENTER
5. Ensure the sidebar view is on 'Pages'
6. Hover over the combobox for the hover state
7. Hold down the left button on the mouse when hovering over the combobox for the active state

What is the expected behavior? (add screenshot)
The caret that points down should be using SelectedItem for both states

What went wrong? (add screenshot)
In both the active and the hover states, the caret that points down is using ButtonText
Please note the issue applies for both the Switch Views combobox an the 'Manage' combobox
