Browser Privacy strict mode slower my firefox and cause some little freeze when open background tabs

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:149.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/149.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Set Browser Privacy to strict mode
- go to https://www.blognone.com/
- ctrl + click (or right click and open in new tab) at first 4 top article.
Actual results:
firefox will noticeable lag and a little unresponsive compare to standard browser privacy.
and this will occurs when open a tab in background only. if you refresh tab or normal click link it will not occurs this issue
Expected results:
it should fast like standard browser privacy.

This looks like overhead from https://searchfox.org/firefox-main/source/browser/extensions/webcompat/lib/smartblock_embeds_helper.js. Moving to "Privacy: Anti-Tracking".
