STR:
- Open the rule view on
data:text/html,<style>body{color: silver !important; color: red}</style><body>foo</body
See the page applies the silver color, but the rule view says the red one is applied.
Note that if you open DevTools after having loaded the page, the rule view is correct.
But it breaks if you reload the page.
Note that bug 1196250 current patches fixes this.
