Steps to reproduce
- Load any webpage in a new tab.
- Right-click the tab and choose the "Add note" option.
- Copy one of the messages from the Preconditions and paste it in the Add note input box.
- Save the note and hover the tab.
Expected result
The note is saved and the text from the message is fully visible.
Actual result
The text is faded out at the end of the last row.
Regression range
- Not a regression.
Additional notes
- The issue occurs when the text contains 10 full rows or fewer. Starting from 11 rows, the issue no longer occurs because "Read more" is displayed.
