Steps to reproduce:
Went into a website like any of those

Attempted to translate, clicking on button in link bar or right-clicking, but no translate button or option exist. An option to translate exist if I select text.

Expected results:
Button should show and option right-clicking too

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Translations' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

The translation button is available only if the sites accessed are in a different language than default browser language (Eg: you have Firefox installed in English and access a site from France/Denmark, only in this case the translate button is available for sites in France/Denmark). Also you can right click on any selected text and choose translate.

Well I got it fixed yesterday but forgot to change here.
So by default Firefox have 2 language settings, one is for Firefox Interface language and another for webpage language, and since the websites I access are in English, it never shows the translation button, but when I removed English languages from desired webpage, the translation button started showing. I thought the language button was an always visible, but not that it depends on my selected language.
