- Observe the page
Expected Behavior:
The page is displayed accordingly in mobile view
Actual Behavior:
The top navigation bar is missing elements and failing to operate correctly
Notes:
- Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
- Does not reproduce in chrome
