Steps to reproduce
- Open the Smart Window.
- Reach the https://www.recipetineats.com/easy-tiramisu/ website in a new tab.
- Open a New Tab and ask the assistant if the Recipe from our tabs contain sugar.
- Click the link provided by the assistant.
Expected result
- In this scenario the user should be redirected to that tab.
Actual result
- Everytime the user clicks on a link, he is redirected to a new Tab, even if the link is already opened in a different tab.

Please also Note that Clicking on a context chip for an added Tagged tab will also open a New tab instead of redirecting the user to that tab.
Should we open a separate issue for this scenario ? @Ed Lee
