This bug is for moving all of these tests out of bitbar, and into LT:

  • jetstream
  • background/foreground resource tests
  • youtube-playback tests
  • trr-* tests

At the same time, we should disable sp2 in production. We can quickly do this by flipping the logic in this transform to only allow sp3 tests to run at bitbar: https://searchfox.org/firefox-main/rev/cced10961b53e0d29e22e635404fec37728b2644/taskcluster/gecko_taskgraph/transforms/test/raptor.py#487
