Bookmark import from backed-up "bookmarks.html" unefficient.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
After a wrong deletion of bookmarks, I wanted to replace the new corrupted by my
backed-up one manually by replacing the file.
A MoZilla restart, no more bookmarks...
When trying to import from the backed-up "bookmarks.html", the following folder
appear: "Personnal Toolbar Folder" "Mozilla Project"
Actual Results:
"Personnal Toolbar Folder" "Mozilla Project" (re-)added at each import.
Expected Results:
A restored "bookmarks.html"
No crash
Tested with:

- the default + remote profiles
